Brief history

In 1996, MD Edward O’Keeffe set out to help companies in his local area get the most out of an emerging trend, the Internet.
Although it seems hard to believe now, at the time, the newly formed Furness Internet had a hard time convincing businesses that the Internet was the next big thing
Of course, since then, we have been proved right and continue to provide not only local businesses, but businesses across the UK (and even some global clients) with our IT services. From our small beginnings, we have grown to become a trusted provider of a broad range of Internet-based services, and we are proud to be the long-term IT partner for many companies.
