Support Contracts
Business Day Support
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
£299 per year (ex VAT)
Includes phone/email support charged at the reduced remote rate, and onsite support charged at the reduced onsite rate.
Total Support
24 hours / 365 days a year
Our Total Support package provides out of hours support with a 4 hour SLA. The SLA guarantees a response via email/telephone support within 4 hours when support is requested outside normal working hours.
During working hours the SLA guarantees an engineer to be onsite within 4 hours when requested.
£599 per year (ex VAT)
Includes phone/email support charged at the reduced remote rate, and onsite support charged at the reduced onsite rate.
