Firstly, when you call another VoIP Line, e.g another gradwell customer or a subscriber on a service we connect to, the call is free. So your internal company calls are now free.
Secondly, when you call another phone we charge very low rates. Just 1.25ppm for a UK call, from 12p per min for a mobile call, with 35 countries world wide at just 1.5ppm.
Thirdly, VoIP Services are cheaper to buy and maintain. Rather than spending several thousand pounds on an office phone system, you just pay a low monthly line rental. UK Charges – Summary (Excluding VAT)
