4 am Tuesday 9th February 2016 

Faulty network components have been replaced and connectivity is restored.

Some workarounds put in place (specifically re-routing traffic to our “Post” mail server) have been reversed. Some users may have noticed an interruption in access but this should resolve itself in the next hour as the DNS changes propagate.


2 am Tuesday 9th February 2016 

Vodafone engineers are currently on-site. 


2.12pm Monday 8th February 2016 

We are currently experiencing a technical outage with our primary internet connection provided by Vodafone. 

This is affecting some client’s websites and access to email services at this time. 

Vodafone are investigating the issue as a matter of urgency and we will update you as soon as we have some firm information. 

We apologies for the inconvenience and are working to restore services as soon as possible.
