Payment Options:
Choose to pay for support either as it is used (invoiced monthly) or on a budget account basis.
With a support budget account in place your monthly payment is fixed giving you a known payment for your IT support throughout the year.

No mark-up on hardware you buy:
How does it work? We access trade suppliers on your behalf. Equipment is specified either by yourselves or following an analysis of the requirements to provide a solution.
You know you are getting best value because there is no margin added.
If you have a complicated requirement or you require documented multiple bids from suppliers, we can manage it all for you, all you pay for is the time we spend on the project (and the equipment of course!) Time is counted in the same way as Engineer time and is added to your monthly bill in the usual way.
