2nd July 2010 16:30 pm - Mail Server Down
One of our Mail Servers has suffered a hardware fault causing it to fail. Engineers are working on the problem and we expect this to be resolved by late morning on the 3rd July. In the meantime users who are configured to send and receive via this server will notice problems. Messages sent to you during this time should arrive once the server is repaired. You will not be able to send messages via this server during this time. There is a small chance that any messages that were received by this server but not picked up by your mail client between 2am on Friday 2nd July and when the server failed (around 4pm on the same day) may need to be resent but we will let all users know individually if this is the case.
